Little Green Café specialises in vegetarian cuisine, offering cooking classes, food consulting, private chef and catering services. LGC was started by Shalu Asnani, a former lawyer and now a chef, cooking instructor, self-confessed foodie and advocate of all things healthy and sustainable. It’s a platform for anyone wishing to subscribe to a healthier lifestyle and to get inspiration by attending one of her fabulous vegetarian cooking classes! Shalu’s foray into the world of professional cooking started a few years ago after relocating to Beijing.
